My mentorship program offers a wide range of information from beginning techniques with your camera, to marketing your business and growing clients. This mentorship is not a one day thing and we’re done. I will be working with you closely for a couple months after our day. Offering you every piece of information and resource in my photography arsenal. Including FaceTimes with questions and coffee meet ups.

ALL DAY MENTORSHIP WITH MICHAELA MAUREEN

What does it include?

+ 4 hours class tailored to fit your educational needs + powerpoint on varied topics listed below. Social Media Presence, Branding, storytelling with your couples, post processing, and making GIFs for your clients.

+ Lunch + coffee on me! Come hungry we will eat and chat before we learn.

+ 1 Hour couple session We will be photographing a couple in love! We will have some fun exploring, getting steamy, laughing uncontrollably, and so much more. I will show you how to capture that REAL emotion between two lovers. You’ll learn what really separates real moments from forced poses. Learning what it takes to capture true emotion. How to evoke it and let it evolve in front of your camera.

Mentorship Experiences

I met Michaela four years ago. I was looking for a good photographer to mentor me, given that I was basically a newborn in the world of photography. I came across Michaela’s page after one of her photos went viral, and checking out her aesthetic and style, I knew right then and there she was the right person to work with. When I first reached out to her, I was apprehensive, not knowing what all to expect and whether I would like her or not (you know, social anxiety fears). We communicated and she made me feel more comfortable through the mentorship process. The day of the mentorship, I was greeted with a jubilant smile and ‘HELLO,” which kind of caught me off guard because it was early in the morning. I could go on and on about the mentorship process, but I will say this: Michaela helped change how I currently look at photography and clients. I have a deeper appreciation for even the smallest details and moments while behind the camera. Michaela taught virtually 90% of what I use in photography still to this day. I just did a second mentorship with her, and I am so stunned and excited about how we have BOTH grown deeper in our passions for photography. I’m forever grateful for my experiences and the lessons that Michaela taught me. Even though I now shifted my focus towards cinematic-style photography, I still use a lot of Michaela’s lessons to guide me.
